The luxury residential towers in the multi-billion dollar Al Habtoor City project will be named after the daughters of Dubai businessman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor.
The announcement came as the Al Habtoor Group signed a deal with Christie’s International Real Estate UAE to be the sole sales agent for its Al Habtoor City Residence Collection.
The three luxury residential towers will embody exclusivity and style and are named after Al Habtoor’s daughters Noura, Amna and Meera. They comprise deluxe apartments, lofts and penthouses ranging from 1-7 bedrooms.
Housed within two 74-storey towers and one 52-storey tower, the apartments include 12 penthouses, three of which are VIP penthouses spread across four floors and offer the ultimate luxury experience complete with two top floors of private entertainment space.
Residents will have access to all Al Habtoor City’s amenities which include the largest swimming pool podium in the UAE, a gym and luxury spa, signature restaurants, gourmet café and boutiques.
